Parking on Tarrant Place, W1H

Simon I will never park here again. It was difficult to find and did not feel particularly safe as I left as the gates kept opening and closing. I felt vulnerable on my return when I was unable to get access into the car space as I had been told. When I phoned your number it was blocked as was your friend. Although he call me back he did not arrive for an hour whilst assuring me he was only minutes away as were you which was clearly not the case. A man arrived at one stage who looked very suspicious and unlocked the door to the car space but would not give us the code nor say who he was. We could only speak to you which we could not do. It was dark and freezing and very frightening. The fact that I came back earlier than my booked time was no reason for me not to able to leave. I had paid a lot of money for that space and was made to feel it was my fault because I had returned early. My understanding is this is a service from the time I arrived until I left and that was not what I got.
