Upon showing up at the address indicated, the building reception informed us that they're no longer part of just park and did not allow us to park. I therefore request my refund.

Very difficult to get in to the vet park and the owner forced me to add 3 additional weeks in order to be able to to enter. They explained that they have a minimum of a month booking. I was in a rush for a meeting so had little choice but to do it. They were nice people but having to follow their protocol I guess?... Desoite adding to the booking as necessary, it still took forever to get in to the car park the first arrival. The car park itself was secure and the spaces reasonless sized.

Do not book this space. It is only available for long term bookings, but does not specify what it means by long term. It will accept your booking, for any length of time or number of days. You will be charged and then told, on arrival, that you cannot park there. There is very little parking in the area, so you will have to use parking meters at considerably more expense. So far, JustPark have not even replied to my complaint, and not refunded me.
