Great to park in Canary Wharf very secure even had to pass a security guard with a barrier to get in will definitely use this car park again and the app all fantastic

I appreciate that you are booking a time slot, however it would be useful to know that there is no lee way and that arriving early by even under five minutes does not pick up the booking.

Imagine my surprise arriving at the car park exit gate and being told that I need to pay my parking fee again !!!
Despite all throughout my stay being told by the app that my session was in progress.
Very unhappy customer just when I thought I had found a reliable on line parking service.

It would be good if how tight the parking is for any vehicle, is mentioned in your description.
Also, on entry to Canary Wharf, the security staff were trying to tell us that the car park was full despite showing them our booking info, we were eventually let through but they had to have a long discussion before we were eventually let through!
