It wasn’t great , it was acceptable. It was locationally very good but satnav took me round and round and round.
Clear instructions re access and egress but accessing when you come down the ramp is very tricky

Absolute confusion when trying to park in an underground car park. Needed PIN numbers ect to get in and out and had no service in car park.

As other reviews have highlighted, the placement of the pin pads is a little awkward but not that difficult. I found the parking space relatively easy to manoeuvre into. The pin code is important to be aware of because you even need it to open the shutter to get to your car on foot.
The entry is about 80m up Brooke Street on the left as you head North from Holborn.
