Easy to find online. You can quickly book a place. At the parking lot where I was, the service is very nice and professional. You can also control the opening and closing of the gate with your own phone! After purchasing and confirming a parking space, you have access to the application. You can rebook the parking lot, control the gate, and it also tells you where you can find a parking space. This is my first experience with parking in London and I am very pleased. It is not made clear how to gain entry back into the garage. The exit door is one way only. You need to type the code into the entry key pad at the top of the ramp to open the main doors.

Quite a long delay in the outside barrier opening and the same for the inside shutter opening. Apart from that it was a great experience

Too tight for vans

Parking is easy to find and secure. There was plenty of space for my Ford Transit Courier van. Height restriction 2m so no issues with that too. Would happily use the parking again.

Had a good service from start to finish

Would be worth warning bookings that this car park is very tight for space. Only just got my ford ranger in. Thanks to people parking vans in the first few spaces. Very hard to manoeuvre around them and other obstacles

Excellent, not problem at all

At the booking was stated that there is disabled parking what actually is as made up as two spaces. The parking space is to tight and ended up damage my car by the poster. Thanks to the court staffs who come down and gave there two spaces to I can park safe and get my disabled daughter out and in the car. Will never take space here again.
