The garage door did not open on the way out even though we tried entering the code many times. We ended up staying at the door for 15 mins. Then the doors opened after my husband could reach someone to open it for us remotely. Otherwise location is great and its a safe place.

Good spot for a meeting I had. A little better signage upon entry to show you have arrived at the right car park with where to enter would be good but images helped in the end.

Absolute confusion when trying to park in an underground car park. Needed PIN numbers ect to get in and out and had no service in car park.

As other reviews have highlighted, the placement of the pin pads is a little awkward but not that difficult. I found the parking space relatively easy to manoeuvre into. The pin code is important to be aware of because you even need it to open the shutter to get to your car on foot.
The entry is about 80m up Brooke Street on the left as you head North from Holborn.
