Very good Big slots Worked very well and priced reasonably I would use it again I was sceptical as had never heard of it before but it worked really well
Car park is a little tight for larger vehicles.
Didnt recognise our code when arriving early and leaving early. But parking was safe and close to everything.
Great location and very secure
Great instructions and location. We do have a grand espace and found the space a little small but we managed to manoeuvre it in.
Had a very poor experience here. Arrived during a downpour on a Fri PM - entered the supplied code on the JustPark keypad at the top of the ramp, and again...and again and...NOTHING - all the time, rain streaming into the car. Called the mobile number advertised for Security, who checked our Reg, then supposed let us enter - except: we could see the powered shutters at the entrance open and close repeatedly BUT the vehicle barrier remained firmly down - so we weren't going anywhere. After a few minutes of this pantomime, the Security operator (pleasant enough individual) stated that she needed to call her manager and rang off. I called back, leaving time for her to seek further guidance, and when I reached her once more, I was informed that I needed to 'press the bell'. I duly located a silver button on the post, next to the JustPark keypad - pressed it *and could clearly hear it sound with her also (still being on a mobile call with her...)* - the barrier then lifted, and we could then gain access. NO idea why I needed to press bell too! We needed to gain access several times further over the course of our stay, and the number pad at the head of the ramp was CLEARLY not functional (the one within the actual garage, used to exit worked OK). On the final occasion (when attempting to leave, on the Sunday afternoon), it took around 5 mins to reach anyone on the bell/buzzer and mobile. Not good enough - kindly FIX the JustPark pad!!! Bonus tip: Do NOT attempt to use the pedestrian strip beside the vehicle ramp - appeared freshly painted in some sort of acrylic paint finish - it's VERY slippery, especially when wet. I slipped over on it, and twisted my knee. On all previous outings with JustPark, we have had a stress-free experience - sadly, not this time. Personally, I wouldn't use this site again - too much stress!!!
