everything went very nicely and very efficiently, even though I didn't provide the registration number when booking the parking lot, the gentleman was very polite and helped me a lot and I thank him very much

I arrived to park a little earlier than the booking and the code did not work. I called the number and the gentleman explained it was because I was early. Anyway he let me enter and he was helpful. On my return 12 hours later I was unable to access the car park to retrieve my car. I tried the code but it didn’t work, my phone was also running out of juice. I contacted the number and the security person on site was very unhelpful and basically said as I didn’t put in the code correctly he said I cannot get the vehicle. So unhelpful and not the person I spoke to in the morning. There was another gentlemen leaving who was also having a nasty unhelpful time with the same man. The security guy came out to assist the other gentleman and I had a chance to ask him about getting my car. He was still unhelpful. He went back in the office to open the shutter door for the other car so I was able to follow him out. Bad experience first tine

The code to reenter the car park to collect my car was not there. Luckily the door was open and someone was there to open the barrier. It was a worry

Overall, very good underground parking. Keep in mind that it is very tight to maneuver whilst you are there.

Definitely will be using them again

The entry and exit point are extremely narrow and unsuitable for medium to large cars.

I loved the button on the app that opens the barrier but there was no WiFi in the car park so I had to enter the code on the keypad upon exit. It wasn’t as issue as I had made a note of it before I started out that morning.

Really easy to book a parking spot near chancery lane in London... Bit expensive £10 for 2 hours but I guess it was in the city of London... Found the booking simple and when I arrived at the barrier I just clicked open barrier on my phone and hey presto the barrier opened. Really clever stuff. Would definitely use just park again
