Slap bang in centre of London and where we wanted to be! Stones throw from theatres and Covent garden! Great space for parking. Safe and secure. I am afraid if I say any more there will be ko space for us next time as it will get so busy! Haha.
So easy to do online and next time we are staying longer and booking earlier. Making it even cheaper! Thank you for speedy response to emails too. 10 out of 10.

getting in and out through the barriers was a little tight, i have a range rover evoque. also was a little cheesed off that needed to call for assistance to get in and out after pre-booking, the barriers did not open automatically

There was no option to extend the booking when needed, I had to book a new session. Theoretically, I might not have needed to based on how the barriers work but I didn't want to chance it.

Easy access and exit.
No staff there to facilitate if there were any problems but it was a good car park.

Didn’t let me get past the barrier, travelled all the way from Manchester and couldn’t park anywhere, ruined my whole week, and I got told I couldn’t get a refund
