Q-Park Soho Car Park

Couldn’t even access carpark barrier wouldn’t open. which lead to having to get a ticket to access leading to paying twice. Avoid pre booking. Security/ patrol was useless and just advised to request a refund and said this happens all the time and seemed off and not sober, Awaiting outcome of a refund request as paying £100 for aCouple hours is not acceptable. Won’t be using this carpark in the future.

A disaster. I organised for a friend's car and paid. I sent all the papers to her by email but she could not use the QR so she paid £22 herself - my money is wasted. It's better at NCP not available. I was too late to get a refund as it was a last minute.

As it said easy access & exit

Easy to use and stress free.

Do not park here. Within 20 minutes of parking, 2 dorks smashed my window & stole 2 bags. Lost a couple of laptops which are GPS tracked, police have all the footage from the car. Fairly certain there’s a guy that keeps an eye on cars going in & then watches who leaves & where they go (watch the entrance!) If the coast is clear rings a mate, he goes in, checks the new car out & comes back with another mate & they get to work. Q—Park left me a note telling me my car had been broken into, a shame no pro-activity to prevent it. £69 for 24 hours, would expect it to be manned & to have CCTV. An amateur crooks paradise!

Efficient and prompt with refund due to over booking.

The entry and exit to this car park is so tight, I had to fold my wing mirrors to prevent them getting damaged. The bays seem a good size for modern cars though. I was very surprised to realise unlike every other JustPark booking I couldn't extend the booking. I ended up having to extend via the actual Q-Park app. I became quite worried as I was reading reviews and saw about the numerous break ins. There's now a new security company guarding the place so hopefully the carpark will be safer now.  I would personally avoid here due to the inability to extend the booking in app and how tight the entrance is.

Great location for parking, right in the centre of London and good size parking spaces. BUT it is cheaper to pay directly in the car park than on Just Park. We paid £66 for 20 hours parking through Just Park, but it's £60 for 24 hours if you pay direct in the car park

Easy to book and park

I have a 4x4 and found it very tight, getting on entry, and a little tight on exit. other than that great
