Car park was vey crowded. Even though I had pre-paid - I was stuck behind a car at the entrance barrier who could not get in as all the spaces had been allocated apparently. Once the staff had very kindly just let us in (We were on our way to a medical appt.) - we were able to find and use a single place.

Excellent experience the car park was clean, well lit, and felt safe, access was very good.
The only issue was on arrival the office was unmanned and it was unclear that the pedestrian access with the contact button was at street level.
But very pleased and we will be using the park again

Arrived before the attendant was onsite. Barrier wouldn't open using app button. Phoned number on booking details and they couldn't open the barrier either. Had to take a ticket. When leaving I had to explain the whole situation again to attendant via intercom. Just turn up and pay, save yourself the pain of prebooking. Also witnessed two guys hanging around the entrance smoking weed.

Just tried to extend booking initially cost £18 upto 12pm extended to 6 pm cost another £31 very disappointing
