Excellent space, safe,.easy to find, easy to access and very close to our hotel and the Lyceum. Will definitely use again and recommend

Process was simply with clear instructions to Parking.

Great to park right where was needed by the hour . Directions were very good Maybe a bit more clarity that Adam House spaces were at the end of underground spaces on the right may have been useful.

Really great location. Only issue is you have to reverse in so if you are in a big car and someone else is already in its a squeeze

Couldn’t able to find the parking.

We paid for parking and used the postcode sent to us for the carpark. When we arrived there were permanent metal bollards blocking the road. We tried driving round and finding the entry but we ended up at the same place. We could see the carpark but could not get in. We finally had to pay £42 to park in another of your car parks. Unfortunately we were too late for the theatre refused enter. In total we paid £180 for lost theatre tickets and paid over £78 for 2 car parks due to the company sending misleading postcode. I will be contacting the company directly for compensation for the theatre tickets and the first car park. A Christmas present for my autistic daughter ruined.

Adam House parking. No entry code was sent to me. On arrival I called the number on the entry gate and repeatedly told no person available. Eventually I was sent a text with the entry code. This delay caused my wife and I to miss our dinner booking so not a good experience.
