Easy to find, great location and very safe

Everything worked fine apart from the pedestrian re entry to the car park. The reg input pad at the pedestrian entrance would not recognize my reg plate and wouldn't open the door. I had to wait for someone else returning to the car park, whose reg plate was recognized by the input pad, to gain access back into the car park. Very strange as the barrier at the exit lifted immediately on recognizing my reg plate.

So easy! The whole experience worked without a hitch. Shall certainly be coming again. Made such a difference to the day. Thank you.

one entry and exit was really really annoying on 72 hours parking

I liked the communications from Just Park which included the What3words references for the car Park entrance and the pedestrian entrance. I also appreciated the instructions which said to drive up to the shutters to trigger automatic opening. You will need to remember your car registration to gain access to the car park when you return, using the keypad next to the entrance door. Longer vehicles and wider vehicles will need to take it slowly and carefully when negotiating the gaps between pilllars on level B, just go slowly and use your door mirrors. To leave the car park on foot, I followed the exit signs until I saw a glass door which gave access to two lifts. I found the lifts to be clean and comfortable for four people, six could get in at a push. I was very happy with my experience and would use this car park again.

Experience of booking was fine however the car park smelt of stale urine.

Use this cat park every year. Easy to book and very near where we stay. Never a problem
