Tight exit. Curbed wheels due to the need to stop on the ramp and put in exit code - it should all be automated. Too tight for modern cars.

Website and booking great, really easy. Parked in the right place at the right time and still got a notice wanting £60 now, £100 later. Wasted an hour or two contacting JustPark and Private Parking Solutions making the appeal. To be fair the notice was cancelled after a week with nothing to pay, it cost around £170 of my time. I suspect JustPark and their agent checkign the spaces just don't have a good system that is upto date with bookings!

It's worth mentioning that it's quite narrow and tight when leaving bigger cars will struggle.

Terrible Service. As I am an international traveller I was unable to download the required app to get details of the location of the booked parking spot. I tried calling the contact line and just got recorded messages and links to websites I could not open. The contact email address on the website is also non-functional. I could not even cancel the booking to get a refund.

Easy access to parking location, registration number read / barrier raised automatically. Leaving I was surprised repeat entry code entry required to leave/ raise barrier - inconvenient. Thanks
