The parking space is located at the Southern end of Roland Way, London, SW7 3RE (not the entrance near the Old Brompton Road, opposite Roland House).
To enter Roland Way:
You must enter through the barrier at the Southern end of Roland Way.
Note: You CANNOT enter the mews through the Northern entrance which has black brick flower beds on either side of the entrance and is located opposite "Roland House" and close to Falkner House School, close to the T junction with the Old Brompton, as this Northern entrance has restricted access (blocked).
The entry to the Southern entrance of Roland Way is to be found at the Blakes Hotel end of Roland Gardens, directly opposite a walkway called “Thistle Grove”, just 30 meters from Drayton Gardens.
Once the barrier is raised and you’ve entered the mews, the parking space is the fourth parking space on the left hand side of the road, just 30m from the entry barrier (with your back facing the entry barrier, i.e. behind you).
Look for a brown electricity box and a FlashPark sign on the brick wall. That is where the parking space is located.
Please can you park your car as close to the brick wall as possible, with all four wheels of your car parked on the stone bricks & not on the tarmac.
Please do not park on the cobbles in front of any of the mews houses within Roland Way itself, rather only use the dedicated parking space (ref the photos).
Forecourt parking space for one medium size car - Not suitable for a van or truck - The space is fully open to the street - so no locks nor keys to request from owner - but please park close in to the Holly Tree on the Left side (under Yellow Arrow in photo) leaving other people enough room to open their door in the centre aisle. You may also wish to visit the address beforehand to check the space is suitable for your vehicle. BUS STOPS and EARLS COURT TRAIN / Underground Station at End of Street - 1 minute's walk away : )

1 space located on Thurloe Street in London. The space is big enough to fit large vehicles i.e. Volvo XC90. Please note that delivery trucks, mopeds or motorcycles may temporarily obstruct the entry. Unfortunately, we have no power on them, if this occurs you might need to wait for the driver to return to his vehicle and clear the area. This can be a very frustrating situation, as it happens to us regularly to wait for the drivers to return to their cars and they are not always polite and considerate. So I apologise for that in advance and don’t hesitate to show up 5’ earlier of your schedule is tight and/or stay 5 extra minutes at the end.
