I needed to park in Central London for a few hours and booked the Millennium Hotel car park in South Kensington via Just Park….5 1/2 hours for £45! On arrival I quickly realized that had I just turned up (there were ample spaces available) and paid directly to the hotel, or via the Evology app, it would have cost me £30 ! To have to pay 50 percent more just to prebook is excessive….

The car park is very small and the spaces smaller. I have a golf so not a large car but struggled to find a space that was big enough to be able to open doors adequately. It felt that if the spaces were repainted larger that it would be a great car park.

Excellent! All went very smoothly! (Just a note to users of Milennium Gloucester Hotel site that the entrance road down to the carparks level is VERY narrow so drive with care!)

Basement parking at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel, London.
No issues booking the car parking online and the fee was very reasonable for London Parking however, before we arrived we were told there were no disabled parking bays (my wife has a blue badge) but there would be “plenty of spaces”, we struggled to find a space to start with, most of the spaces are close to building support pillars so as cars are now wider, ours wouldn’t fit, we had to walk up the car ramp we came down on with our cases because there are no stairs or a lift and coming down the ramp in our car tested my advanced driving skills as it was narrower than a tiny nats chuff!
The actual car park itself looked like an untidy builders yard so I’m sorry, I can only give two stars for the actual booking process and fee.
