No one is enforcing how people park so most are just parking across multiple lines meaning I had about an inch and half on either side of the vehicle so had to climb out the passenger side.
When coming to leave it asked me to pay and the app had no signal so the barrier wouldn't open and no one answered the help line...

We arrived after PREBOOKING and paying online to find that there were no spaces available. We travelled in for a wedding and missed the church because of this. Completely unprofessional and entirely pointless as it defeats the purpose of booking online.

Good location, instructions on how to find it were spot on. Just a shame spaces were tiny. Parked in one and couldn't get out due to a low wall running alongside it.
