had an advanced booking realised my booking would be over just a couple of minutes on exit. Wanted to extend the stay but no option on the app. Had to rebook and cost me more than the rate the car park would have charged.

On arrival there was no parking spaces available. The response of the attendant was to go to give me the postcode of another car park 10 mins away. I complained I couldn’t do this as the hotel I was booked into was just round the corner. He wasn’t interested until I explained I had a 3 day booking. At that point he agreed I should wait around until a spot became available which took another 15 mins. All in all it took 30 mins to get parked from going through the barrier. How do you sell a space for 3 days and then not reserve the space for arrival at the pre booked time ?

Pre booked car park was full on arrival. This was the Grosvenor Place Car Park in Mayfair, there were other cars queuing and nobody was onsite to assist. I had to leave and drove around central London before returning and getting a space.

The parking bays were tiny not much room ro get out of the car a bit disappointed with the space.

Easy to book and excellent information drive in drive out 5 stars

No one is enforcing how people park so most are just parking across multiple lines meaning I had about an inch and half on either side of the vehicle so had to climb out the passenger side. When coming to leave it asked me to pay and the app had no signal so the barrier wouldn't open and no one answered the help line...

I found suitable parking for a reasonable price, not too far from the venue I was visiting. The booking process was straightforward & the location easy to find.
