Great parking really close to where we were going. Felt comfortable leaving my car. I took one star off because spaces are pretty limited as it is not a big car park. We almost didn't get a space but luckily a couple that was leaving let us have theirs

Great parking and reasonable price, but unfortunately, I had to wait 20 minutes to exit as the barrier wouldn’t open. No response from the parking assistance team, which was quite frustrating.

I pre-paid for parking on the assumption that a parking space would be reserved me. It wasn’t and there were no available spaces. What’s the point therefore pre-paying??
