Almost no parking available for our car, even though we pre-booked a day in advance.
Parking spots were all extremely small. No lift access and had to carry a baby, toddler and a stroller down and up flights of stairs. Wouldn't use again.

Could not find a parking space literally full up considering I booked and reserved a spot, I spoke to the guy cleaning the cars he said park anywhere the only place which was available was a disabled bay

Sadly after a 2 hour drive into London I was told there was no availability and was directed to another car park which was wholly unsuitable. I was told reservations were not guaranteed - totally ridiculous

Most bays had luxury cars overparked. Only managed to park after long delays of looking for the least compromised bay. Parked only with the kind assistant who offered to check my angles as I could only fit my Vauxhall Mokka into a bay by folding in the wingmirrors. Will avoid in the future.
