Q-Park Harley Street Car Park

From booking online 10 days prior to parking date through to follow-up informative emails, the whole experience was thorough and professional. If only all parking in London was as easy.

I could not get out of the carpark, the barrier would not open. It took ages to get someone to respond, then the barrier kept dropping down before I could get out! Very frustrating!

Easy to get to and parking easy.

Very poor signage within car park found it very difficult to find which spaces I could use. Also poor signage of instructions of how to get in with ticket and exit with ticket but having already paid on the app, was worried I would be charged twice until I spoke to the car park operator through the intercom. Car park was very secure and safe and well maintained although I struggled as a wheelchair user finding my way out once parked, had to use the main vehicle entrance and squeeze between the end of the barrier.

Parking spaces were a bit tight, but good location for our needs

Far more spaces reserved for electric or businesses than I would have imagined. Some spaces very tight. Very difficult to find the way out and several people trying to find stairs. Unfortunately the number plate wasn't read when I tried to leave and the call to someone wasn't immediately answered which wasn't reassuring. When it was all sorted and the barrier was opened

It was bery hard to park our nissan qashquai took us over 5 minutes to do it. very confined space

Excellent. Easy. Safe. Secure. Pricey but worth it compared to some less salubrious spots.
