Pavilion Road, Knightsbridge Car Park

The parking spot was almost impossible to locate. We had bad reception so it took forever to open the barriers. Also, if you pay at the specific location, it’s cheaper than online. Very disappointment with this app and feel cheated.

Excellent experience. A long day trip was made so much easier when parking was pre booked. Barrier scanning made it easier with no problems entering and leaving the car park

I came back to the car during the day and saw 2 men shining lights into the cars seeing what was inside. they ran off when they saw me but 1 came back a few.minutes later looking at the cars

I had to pay at the machine as the booking did not work. Awful experience on the phone with your customer services who were unhelpful and rude

App wasn't great at opening barrier, but staff on site and quick call to just park all sorted quickly and easily. Spaces are very tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Great location, though for museums, harrods, and short walk to Hyde Park etc...sadly I was on a work trip

it's a tight fit if you have a large car.

The open barrier feature on the App. did not work, and yes the location feature on my phone was on. Fortunately there was an attendant who opened the barrier.

The structure itself is run down, leaky and in need of total refurbishment. The price was expensive for one day but we had no other choice at the time. The location was great and the gentleman we dealt with on arrival and departure was very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

Always a great car park and secure, I believe it's the 4th time we have used. Very close to Harrods and the museums
