Pavilion Road, Knightsbridge Car Park

Entry issues, had to get a ticket so barrier would open then go to parking office to speak to the attendant so I would not be charged twice. All was fine just a minor inconvenience. Would use again

Easy to find, enough free spaces. Negative point, smelled like urine in the staircase, not very clean. The NCP carpark around the corner which we used over the last year's was much cleaner and it felt secure. But otherwise it is OK, will book it again.

The system that allows for car recognition did not function, so took a ticket to enter. However the parking attendant seemed happy to let me leave without scrutiny on proof of payment. Parking was tight for a Range Rover, but plenty of spaces to allow comfortable parking. All in all it worked out well.

It was all quite easy but the App didn't work and the spaces were very tight.

Firstly the online price for booking we were charged cost way more than the onsite hourly charge. We arrived 5 mins before our booking and the barrier would not open so we waited until exactly 14:00 and then the app crashed, would not load and we could not open the barrier. THANKFULLY you had an AMAZING attendant at the information point that was there and helped us so we weren’t late for my daughters surprise 18th birthday

The location of the car park is brilliant just don’t try and enter anywhere near Harrods closing time! The road was at a standstill due to shoppers being picked up! The app opening button didn’t work luckily there was an operative near by who opened the barrier, other than that a decent parking space in central London albeit at a cost.

Very narrow for each turn, my car is around 4.9m long and needs to adjust back and forth for each turn. The charge via Justpark is more expensive than booking on site for 12 hrs parking.

Absolute ripoff. Charged me £67 for 6 hours while daily charge is £60!! Never again!

The location is great. The app works well. The car park attendant was helpful. The spaces were few and tight, especially as several cars were parking between two spaces. Also, the stairs were malodorous.

App did not work to gain me access. Would have been easier and cheaper to pay the car park. Time consuming and annoying trying to make app work.
