Very easy to use. Car park was extremely clean and well lit with secure entry.

I was required to pay an additional fee of £12 to leave the car park.
While I arrived about 2 minutes early, I left 15 minutes before my paid departure time.
I do not understand the reason for the charge as it appears unfair
