Paid for 2 bookings then had to pay £12 just to leave.

Clean and well lit - good security cover

Easy to book and extend time of stay.

Clearly states no size restrictions but entrance is capped to two metres high.

Very good car park; the only minor downside was that the external terminal couldn't/wouldn't accept my registration, so I struggled to get back in - and I wouldn't have been able to get help as my phone battery was flat. Thankfully, another couple came to go in, and they opened the door and allowed me to get through.

it would be helpful to include guidance on how to access the car park again when retrieving the car as doors automatically close from the inside

More directions for how to get back into the car park at the end of the day would be really helpful. Me and multiple other drivers wandering around lost as not clearly signposted. Very confusing in the dark. Also, wouldn't accept my vehicle reg when I tried to gain entry back in, but the helpline answered quickly and got me back in. Otherwise great value, easy to find from travelling in. Plenty of space and secure parking.
