Very convenient location to park while we stayed at Chelsea Townhouse for our wedding. Your original instructions though are incorrect. Your staff cannot communicate. On what was a busy (stressful) day of prep for wedding, I had to navigate parking in a ridiculously cramped car park, take a ticket with some scribble on it and told not to lose it. All seemed very amateur having booked and paid ahead through your website.

Busy attended public? car park. Instructed to double park and leave the keys. Full of double parked vehicles. They are selling spaces they don't have. Mine was in a different place, still double parked, when I returned.
