Booking on the app was easy enough, however this car park was a shambles. I was expecting to be able to park in a space and go. The area is shared with a garage therefore there was a massive queue to get in, delays, and then you have to leave your keys with someone so they can move your vehicle. In return, I had to wait 15 minutes as my car was parked behind a number of vehicles plus the garage was moving cars all around the car park so it was chaotic. I would not recommend parking here.

Nightmare place. Absolutely rammed - no one to take my key and park my car. Tried to park myself but very difficult. Eventually a guy came out to ask me what I was doing. He said the car park was full. Totally overbooked. I told him I had reserved and paid, but he just said hard luck. After all that, I had to reverse all the way out. Never use it again

couldn't see any justPark signage and though the staff were very friendly and helpful there was nothing to specifically identify them.
