The turning to get into the spot is tight. The back of the shops had glass bottles which I had to remove before parking my car.

The parking space given I booked a month prior to arrival for £26 was disgusting. There was rubbish left in a more suitable spot to park but this rubbish also over spilt into the space I was meant to park in. The 'Manager' said that was the only space - I drove a small corsa any other vehicle would definitely be too long. I personally had move 7 large bags of open food rubbish which smelt and attracted flies to enable me to get into the space - then manager moved two bags which she felt was her contribution. The space I was given was next to tree which was encroached by over grown weeds, branches, the ground was covered with broken glass - and the only way to park without causing an obstruction and still allow passing vehicles to get was to park my car into the branches / twigs trying to dodge the metal post that was fixed to the ground - although it was lay down negotiating my car so not to run over it and cause damage to my car was a skill in it self. The manager's attitude was awful when trying to talk to her she was trying to speak to me whilst in the phone to some one else until I asked her to finish her call and then she could speak to me in a more professional way. I called just park straight away who said my nearest alternative was over 2 miles away - it had already taken me three hours to drive to London, a further hour to try and talk to hotel manager, just park and then I was cut off by just park who didn't call back but sent me a link to a survey of the call. I called again to just park to complain by which time I was having to walk to to hotel further up road to try and get to my event that I had booked. It took a while to get through only to be told they would cancel my booking to issue refund but would then be open to parking fine for my car. I have never had such service from a prepaid parking. This wasn't a space allocated for parking or which was being shown on pictures. It's miss sold and I will be seeking for a full refund - as just park sold the space, they are responsible as landlords of the space and I am within my legal right to request this as it didn't meet with my consumer rights.

Easy to find but we did end up with our car getting scraped across the front by another car whilst parked overnight (Very tight entry/exit.) We have a Ford Focus (not the biggest car) probably only suitable for smaller cars.

These spaces are very tight. But luckily I was in a small hatchback (vw up) and space was fine for that. I wouldn't want to manoeuvre a larger car into some of the spaces.
