I arranged to park in this space to visit the football at the Etihad as there is permit parking in the area. The space sold wasn’t even a space, but on the road outside the house, in the permit parking area. The owner does not have a drive to park in. The owner wasn’t available to speak to, only his brother, who knew no information. In the end I parked on the street and hoped to not get a ticket. I could have done this without paying, as it is a public street. Beast voided. Should be removed from Just Park.
