even though i had payed £20 on here for the parking space i had to pay an extra £20 to leave the car park which i was unaware of and £40 is a lot of money for not even a full days parking

Ideal for visiting Palace Theatre as only few minutes walk. Booked parking online, no issues with getting in or out of Car Park. Will certainly use again.

No issues with access, the barrier recognised the car both on entry and exit.
The car park was well maintained, lots of available spaces and the access points were clean and well maintained. Great location for Palace Theatre and the bars and eating area under the carpark. Will definitely use this again

We arrived slightly early, I tried to alter my arrival time, but this required an immediate fee of £15+. I spoke to a gentleman via the intercom. He was unable to initially find my booking, but he told me to drive round to the entrance and if the system didn't recognise my vehicle, he would find a way to assist. Fortunately when I drove up to the entrance the gentleman informed me that my booking had now come on-line. The gentleman concerned was extremely helpful and polite, if only customer service was this excellent everytime, days would be so much better.

Great place, BUT... having booked through Just Park in advance, paying £14.89 and using the sent directions, it didn't recognise the car and the barriers didn't open... yes it was the correct car and reg details, and yes arrival and departure was within the booked time slot. But we had to get a ticket to get in and pay another £10.80 to get out. I would like a refund of the original booking that didn't work please.
