Q-Park First Street Car Park

We left our car here for two days. The parking is easy to find and to access to. We had already made a reservation through the app JustPark. The barrier didnt open automatically as we had been previously informed ánd we had to call to the people in charge. A lady opened the barrier for us both when we got in and when we excited the parking. That was the only nuisance we had. The car stayed safe and we were Happy for it. I do recommend this place if you are driving to Manchester City centre.

Pre-booked parking online and paid in advance. My vehicle number plate was not recognised on approach to the barrier, therefore a card was issued. Upon exiting the car park I was forced to pay for the duration of the stay. Despite several attempts, I was unable to gain help at the pay point or exit barrier. Therefore, I had no option but to make an additional payment to exit the venue. I will not use this company again!

Paid in advance so the whole experience was seamless. ANPR barriers opened on arrival and we exited no problems. Really good.

Really simple just turned up to car park, barriers flashed green and straight in and out of car park.

The barrier did not let me in as I was told - the code did not work - I feel as if I've been scammed.

The communication from QPark was great and the directions were easy to follow. The car park was very clean with wide parking spaces and felt very comfortable leaving our car there over night. We would definitely use again in the future and have already recommend it.

Easy to book online. No messing with a ticket machine as number plate recognition. Carpark is clean and has good size spaces and is safe and secure. Just 5 minutes from were we were staying.
