The Sat Nav postcode suggested took me to the wrong place..

Need clearer instructions as to where to park ie a reserved space or find a space in the car park.
On exit there was a problem with vehicles in front who were paying via contactless payment which wasn’t working and no answer from customer service for car park. This caused a delay in exiting the car park as a queue had built up behind them.
