I paid for my parking (in advance) #104795831 £40.49
when we arrived the bar code would not scan and there was no one about to assist and cars building up behind us so I had to take another ticket and get charges again today on exciting £38.50.

The assistants in carpark were really customer orientated when I arrived giving me advice & directions to where I was going & also when I left for long drive back to Scotland providing me access to the toilet. Both attendants are a credit to your company

Lack of disabled spaces; parking bays narrow

Good parking and easy to pay in advance but seemed to be very slightly cheaper just to pay when you’re there rather than in advance, however smelt of urine in the lower car park.
