I was issued with a parking penalty whilst parked here. The penalty was issued within the period for which I had paid for parking. I was also given a substantial admin fee from my car hire company which cannot be refunded even if the people issuing the parking notice admit to their mistake.

The first time I used Just Park and everything went very smoothly. There was a space to park, exactly as described. The location was excellent for the places I had to go. After the evening event, I had a short walk and was able to drive away without being caught up in event traffic. I had no issues with any of the process, in fact knowing I had a booked parking space removed any doubt about where to park and made planning the day better.
