Dear JustPark Support,
I reserved a parking space on Hanover Street, Manchester, through JustPark and paid £9.63 online in advance.
However, when I was leaving the car park, the barrier would not open. There was no staff member available to assist me, and I was stuck behind the barrier with no other way to exit. As a result, I had to pay an additional £12.80 at the barrier in order to leave the car park.
Since I had already paid £9.63 for my parking through JustPark, I believe the additional £12.80 charge was unfair and was only paid because the barrier malfunctioned and there was no assistance available.
I would therefore like to request a refund of the £12.80 additional charge.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and arrange the refund.

We parked where we were pretty sure we had booked BUT the number that Just Park tell you to make sure is shown in the car park is nowhere to be seen. However there is a totally different number. I sent an email to ask for confirmation that we were in the right place. I had 2 responses, neither of which appeared to have read my email, one which said, sorry to hear you’ve had a fine and gave me options to deal with it, not very reassuring. All appears ok and as yet we have not received a fine.
The car park was perfect for our needs.
