As you would expect. Booked online, went, parked, left. Automatic reg plate scanning meant no ticket machines or tokens. Easy.

Good easy to find car park. Not too full so plenty of spaces to choose from. A little dark walking around the car park even during daylight hours . Lights come on when a car is detected but doesn't seem to work for humans. Would certainly use again

I needed to extend my stay at the car park as i was asked to come earlier than i had planned. i purchased another ticket 1.30-3pm to cover till my original ticket started at 3pm till 2pm the following day. i ran customer service up to see if i needed to exit and reenter the car park for the second ticket, they said it was linked. when i went to leave yesterday i was asked for another £15.50 to leave. i did not have time to contact customer service as i had meetings and they machine did not even print a receipt.
