Allocated space in a secure gated underground car park on The Terrace which is a 5-7 minute walk to Porthminster Beach or the harbour. The maximum dimensions of the space are 227cm wide x 490cm deep x 205cm high.
The space is enclosed between a wall and a concrete post which requires you to be confident at reverse parking as this is the only way to get into it.
Although not shown in the picture, the space also benefits from having a parking post installed which means that nobody will be parked in your space, or will they be encroaching on your space when you arrive.

We're a short 10 minute walk into town from my parking spaces.
In the season, a bus service runs past my house, up and down the hill to Porthmeor beach & St Ives town centre. You can get on the bus at the Rugby club which is a minutes walk up the road.

This is a private driveway, within 2 minutes walk down to Porthmeor Beach, 5 minutes - at the most to the centre of town, harbour etc. It takes a bit longer to get back as it's all up hill! The space is a little bit narrow so you need to be careful when you open your doors, depending on how much you love your car.

Hi, welcome to my parking space listing which is in a quiet residential area of St Ives . The space has no access restrictions so you can come and go to suit your holiday plans The street lighting is good and the Tate gallery,Porthmeor beach and Town centre are about 15 minutes walk away,Bus and rail links are about 15/20 minutes . The space offered is on the lowered side of the drive (porch side ) and measures 5.0 mtrs long by 2.8 mtrs wide ,if you have a slightly wider vehicle please let me know and I should be able to help . Respect for the neighbours is appreciated when using after 10pm and before 6am .please feel free to contact me with any questions and I will reply soon as possible. So park up and forget about the car and have a great time in St Ives.

Our private driveway parking space is in St Ives and is a very convenient 10-minute walk to the town, harbour and beaches. I have a single space to the left of the main driveway.
Also on the odd occasion the long main driveway is also available (please refer to the photo of the long driveway for dates of availability) If there is no photo of the long driveway then this space is not an option)
The other advantage to our space is that when you're leaving you can avoid the St Ives traffic by getting back onto the A30 via Halsetown.
Please note that my space is on a slope so please take this into consideration when booking - see photos.
