I accidentally parked my own car as i was a passenger in a car going to St Ives. How difficult is this to understand. A simple error. The UX to help with this needs to be clear and simple as parking one's own not a friend's car is going to be a very common error. It ought to be correctable without penalising people who aren't academic.

This is always a very busy car park. It's a bit awkward to enter and exit and the spaces are not very generous. However it's super convenient for Porthminster Beach and the centre of St Ives. It's much better if visitors use the Park and Ride at St Erth and get the train into St Ives

Don't reserve for later, you won't get a space and then because it's based on a first come first serve basis but allows you to reserve for later you won't get a refund. Make it clear.. money making scam

Parking on the St Ives station car park was relatively easy as it was out of season. Slight anxiety as we paid for a week but always found a space on our return after a day out. However it's impossible in season...
