I called the phone number twice, went over all the hustle with the credit card but never got the text message with which I could confirm my registration. Couldn't download the app because of bad internet coverage. Took me 25 minutes and a hot spot to get it done

The machine was out of order when I arrived and the payment options available were to download the app (I did not have enough mobile signal for this) or call a number (ended up costing me an extra 50p so overall 2.80 for 1 hour of parking). Not impressed!

The price of parking for somewhere that we live is absolutely insane, will make sure I tell all my holiday let rentals to find street parking rather than getting ripped of by Just park prices.

There is no signal in St Ives for most people but you MUST use this app. Took 20 minutes to pay for parking.

Very difficult to pay machine didn't work, phone number wanted to charge £6plus for 2 hours. Telephone helpline an answer phone... No one called back. Ended up downloading app using data. Very frustrating!

Roads in st Ives are very tight and hilly, car park itself has plenty of room to enter/exit bays and plenty of space to get the kids out the car, only downside is max 3h stay and can't extend on the app, not ideal if your planning a beach day.
