Maybe best to book somewhere else at winter time If you"re working in the hospital it can be dark outside for drivers to walk to collect their car from driveway. I myself take taxi"s at winter so the risk is yours to take. I thought I let you know. Ideal for drivers visiting Brighton for few days and looking for space to park their cars for few days. But  please be aware that my place is quite a long distance walk to the Seafront about 30 mins walk.  Note to all responsible drivers: I understand you have to rush sometimes to catch up with your time but please AVOID DROP KERB parking as you will still be liable of your own actions.

This is so that my other half can get his motorbike in and out of the garage! If he can’t access the garage I will be in the doghouse and have to track you down to ask you to give access!
