Our first experience with Just Park and we booked a private locked church car park, very close to the house we rented in Kemptown, Brighton. All was well, until a week before we were due to travel (over the Easter weekend and following week), when our space was cancelled with no explanation and our fee returned. All close by spots were now at least twice the price, so we ended up in the Brighton Marina Asda public car park, which was a 25-minute walk from the house. I took the initiative to speak to the store manager and security staff, who were exceptionally helpful. It did cost us more in taxi fares on inclement days, but at least our dogs got frequent walks. I’m not sure that I will use the service again, as there is little point in booking early when those who own the spaces cancel with impunity at very short notice without any comeback.

We had to park elsewhere as we couldnt find the parking.
Our satnav kept taking us to different locations.

It was frustrating to find the parking originally for free for two hours when I arrived while Just Park charged me for the two hours !! I use just park frequently, but this situation affected my impression of just park service. I request a refund for the paid amount pls.
