Information about parking in Brighton
On-street parking throughout central Brighton, Hove and by the waterfront is tightly restricted. There are several central car parks but these are all very pricey.
Most on-street parking is restricted. There are pay and display parking bays throughout the city. These typically operate from 9am to 6pm, although there are also some bays that are shared with permit holders which operate until 8pm. A large number of on-street parking spaces are reserved for permit and blue badge holders only - check nearby road signs to make sure you are not parking illegally. For more info please visit the Brighton & Hove council website
There are several privately operated car parks in central Brighton and by the waterfront. These typically cost around £20 per day.
