I paid for parking from 9 am to 21:30 in the Sainsbury's car park on New England road in Brighton. I arrived to pick up my car at 21:15 to find the underground parking gate shut so I had to take a taxi back home and then pick up the car the next morning!!

really difficult to find the card park specified and more expensive that the council car park next door. Just park is often excellent but not this time.

DON'T PARK HERE AT NIGHT!!
Just park was more than happy to take my money for a booking up to 11pm. I returned to collect my car at 10:45pm to find the whole car park locked behind shutters for the night..
I was forced to pay for an expensive taxi home and back again the next day.
Totally unacceptable.
I will be seeking a full refund and reimbursement for my travel expenses.
As if that wasn't enough, I suspect I'll have a parking ticket to look forward to for overstaying.
Never using Just park again.

Left car Friday to Sunday for a stag weekend, car park isneasybto find, its worth noting the opening times of the Sainsburys. Highly recommend this car park. great location, 5 minutes to train station and 15-20 minutes to the sea front

BEWARE - AVOID I booked 4 hours parking from 7pm to 11pm and on return to the car park my car was locked in by shutters without any means of gaining access until the following day when Sainsbury re-opened. There was nobody to help and nobody answered the emergency line, which is there for situations like this. Had to leave car overnight, get a taxi home at huge cost and collect car next day.

So easy to park, the car was safe. Car park locked over nights which keeps it secure. A bit difficult to actually find the entrance to the car park but got there in the end.
1st time I’ve used just park but great app and would definitely use again.
