first time using this service and by accident I booked the wrong time and when I tried to cancel it, I didn't have the right to refund of £13 so I had to book it again and pay another £14.
very difficult to talk to customer service apart from the electronic chat. useless. you really know how to rip people off

Can Just Park give advice on how to find the Sainsbury’s car park please because the signage is poor and the Sat nav takes motorists to the back of the store.

The location pin is at the wrong end of New England Street. You have to approach (in a vehicle) from the North.

The car park was so hard to find and the directions on the website did not take me to entrance. I had to ask people in the street and ended up wasting a lot of time of my parking trying to find it
