Parking across the road from the i360, the beach at West Pier. A convenient and large space very close to the main shopping centre, cinema and Brighton Centre in the private driveway of a single family residence.
Enough space for 3 small to medium sized cars, but advertised now as 1 large space for comfortable parking of larger vehicles.
Suitable also for group and company parking if necessary.Please enquire.
The most convenient parking spaces for families and friends going to the beach or seafront hotels. Completely away from traffic, safe for children.
Please note, camper vans are not permitted.
Sports cars with very low spoilers must reverse into parking space as the drive is slightly elevated.

This was an ideal space to leave my car. It was not like a painted space in a car park as it was a private property parking area therefore plenty of space around the car to avoid those annoying door bangs! The owner was very friendly and helpful and was available when I had questions.

Parking itself was great. I've got a long car (s90) which sticks out most spaces. This space had plenty of room.
Getting there was easy, with a blue cone put out to indicate where to park.
The location was amazing, right on the beach front. 8 minutes walk to our hotel and then a further 8 minutes to Brighton Pier. It is nestled away down a residential road as well so felt pretty safe and secluded, surrounded by windows to keep onlookers away. It's quite pricey, but completely worth it for all the reasons above. If I ever need to visit Brighton again, I will be booking this space.

Well located, near to the i360. Easy to find and well marked by the owner. Felt nice and secure. Great communication from the owner prior to and post booking.

Perfect space for a day out in central Brighton. Well placed for the i360, Pier, Lanes & Madeira Drive events. Easy to find and big enough to park a 4x4 easily. Thank you.

Very easy to find. I was sent great directions to the parking space. This parking space is near everything you need/want to do. The owner is very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.
I felt very safe leaving my vehicle in this space. I definitely recommend this space.

The parking space is tucked away and therefore feels very safe. There was excellent communication with the owner of the space and it was easy to find. It was cheaper to park here than the nearest car park so was good value too.
