The button push to open the gates on leaving didn't work. You need to sync up with their anpr system so you can just drive out. Hopeless

Very easy to book, at the best price in the area (that's Brighton), and although I didn't realise that I needed to download the app, the man in the office was really helpful and let me out at the barrier! In future, I'll download the app...

Very easy to book and get in and out

Car park attendant was expecting us! In, told where we would find our space, and then let out with no hassle at the end of the night. Very happy.

I was told to use a pin number to exit carpark, the car park did not have a keypad to enter a pin number, so after holding up trafic trying to exit carpark and going through emails trying to find a ref number the attendent mange to open the barrier, lot of cars beeping trying to get out, very very embarrassed, I shall not use this service again, very unhappy

very affordable parking and very easy to navigate

Easy enough to find, and instructions OK. Perfect location. But the problem was getting out. All I had was a long string of code on my phone booking, couldn't see where to input this, and had to get out at the barrier to raise the attendant. Fortunately all was well and he let us out. Perhaps an easier code or ANPR would be beneficial.

Spaces a bit tight, due to some concrete pillars. Good location. No complaints
