Not being particularly good with computers or anything online found it difficult to pay had to get somebody to do it a phone number would be helpful

Prefers the parking by Wickes. This one is difficult to exit and adds 15 minutes to my home journey after the match.

Having paid nearly £300 for a season pass I was annoyed to be questioned at the car park about my validity to park. Although the lady who challenged me was extremely pleasant ( she said she recognised the number plate) what would have happened if she hadn’t? I even showed her the email Big park sent me regarding information about my pass but apparently this wasn’t sufficient. I guess she was only acting on information on her iPad but it was obviously not up to date.

Poor company, will never use again.

Great service easy and simple lady on the gate very helpful

The room didn't have a telephone ! This must be a safety issue. The menu in the restaurant showed gluten free food but when asked for was told no batter ready for cooking the fish ! In the end only one main course was made available. The restaurant was very noisy and overcrowded.
