Brilliantly located for walking to Wandsworth Common (Bellevue Road) as well the fabulous Michelin starred Chez Bruce restaurant.  Clapham South is about 15 minutes to walk, down Nightingale Lane (Zone 2 and Clapham Common).  Balham Railway/tube station about 10 minutes walk down Balham Park Road or 3 minutes on the train. Tooting Bec (Northern Line) again approx. 15 minutes walk or short bus ride. This space is available immediately, 24/7 and the area has lighting at night. Local parking ranges from £3.20 to £3.70 per hour normally with a 4 hour maximum stay limitation. So it is far more economical to use my space and you will not get a parking fine if you over run by 3 minutes! Would suit anyone who works in the area, or anyone who needs somewhere to leave their car without risk of fines/scratching etc. The car park is very safe and away from the main road. The space is car park space 'E'. To find the space, head onto Heathfield Square. The car park is beside 23, 24 Heathfield Sq - which are two low level blocks of flats. Just beyond 24 Heathfield Sq there is an off road car park through a small 'arch'. The space is in that car park, space E - E is written on the ground.
