Not best pleased as JustPark refused to/said they couldn't refund insurance which had been mistakenly re-added after I used the back button to try and avoid the instance that my card details be saved - I never save any of my card details online; you have to subsequently remove them. I was told I would have to cancel and rebook - what a pain so watch out when you use them.

There was no barrier to enter the car park just two temporary plastic barriers which we had to move. Signposting within the car park was appalling - no idea where to park

I booked a car park of the National Theatre in London City centre . Easy to book, paid £15 , quite cheap for all day on a sunny Saturday exactly in city centre close to all the London attractions.

Super easy to find. Some of the spaces are tight but plenty wider than normal. Tight turns and not 4x4/van friendly.
Happy overall with easy access to street level.

I did not make it due to road closures traffic problems and London grid lock, this made us late for our show viewing of the Odyssey , I have written to Just Park requesting a a refund I trust you will understand my issue with Pe-parking
