One minute from the terminal building, closest parking to Stansted airport via the shortcut at the back. Once you have booked call me the DAY BEFORE you travel on 07785991139, DO NOT CALL BEFORE 7AM and do not send messages via the Justpark app as this is not monitored PLEASE NOTE: Please park behind the house on the right side as facing - NOT behind the Steel Gates. The house number is 1. There is a 10 metre square area that has space for a handful of cars. We have added new gated fencing to the property for added safety. The property is on the LEFT-HAND SIDE as if coming from the airport roundabout around 200 yards after a farmers barn (which is on your right). A number of people have parked behind the large steel gates on the left of the property, and been stuck overnight as it is locked overnight. Unfortunately, we have no control over it! There is a cut through to the airport, which can be accessed via the back of the property. and is a 3min walk. However, if you have a lot of luggage I always suggest the simplest way is to use a taxi. £6-8 using UBER. Alternatively the road, but it has no solid pavement. There are steps to cross to the airport via the larger car park behind the property, which sometimes can be slippery, especially in wet weather! I regularly have people park who drive the other passengers to the drop-off and walk over themselves after. There is a bus that runs to the terminal -number 316 It starts running at 6.20am 20 past the hour until 9.20pm.on your return the 316 bus will drop you outside the house .catch from bus station at airport.316 bay 13 if you walk down towards airport you will come to a tee junction there you can also catch a 7A that will take you to the terminal you don’t need to be at the bus stop to catch the bus the driver will stop if safe to do so if you flag it down along the route Best to check bus time tables if you are walking there is a path that cuts through the woods and brings you closer to the airport. Look for black barns on your left. Path way is located on your right. Shoes will get muddy on path Best to book taxis to the airport in advance, the phone signal is not great at the property It’s ok to walk but difficult with large cases and children there is a path on your right as you are walking towards the airport that is a shortcut Have a safe trip. Property is on main road 3rd house past garden centre. Keep garden centre on your left side. Look for Dunwell house ( red signs )
