Thought this was gonna be a bit scammy but was so smooth and no problems Came at 4am and still was space and guy at reception very helpful, smooth bus transfer and only £4. Got back at 1am and again so easy

I dont understand when I have made the booking online then why I have to go to reception and spend time for another acknowledgement receipt.
I also need to pay £4 + £4 for drop and pick up by hotel bus.
Anyone who is booking this should know about other cost too. In addition to this hotel bus services are fixed like in every 15-20 mins so we need to plan our parking and drop for airport accordingly same for pick up. It's not easy ride that's sure then deposit the acknowledgement receipt back to hotel reception. Atleast make free drop and pick by hotel bus

It was a much more affordable option than going through the airport. The shuttle was convenient, but I wasn't aware of the charge of £4 each way and just wish that was made clear at the time of booking.
