PLEASE NOTE: Please park behind the house on the right side as facing - NOT behind the Steel Gates. The house number is 1. There is a 10 metre square area that has space for a handful of cars. We have added new gated fencing to the property for added safety. The property is on the LEFT-HAND SIDE as if coming from the airport roundabout around 200 yards after a farmers barn (which is on your right).
A number of people have parked behind the large steel gates on the left of the property, and been stuck overnight as it is locked overnight. Unfortunately, we have no control over it!
There is a cut through to the airport, which can be accessed via the back of the property. and is a 3min walk. However, if you have a lot of luggage I always suggest the simplest way is to use a taxi. £6-8 using UBER. Alternatively the road, but it has no solid pavement.
There are steps to cross to the airport via the larger car park behind the property, which sometimes can be slippery, especially in wet weather!
I regularly have people park who drive the other passengers to the drop-off and walk over themselves after.

It's close to airport if you can fly. The shortcut walking road is extreamly muddy and slippery and slippery with no lights which lead you to dual carriageway with no footpath. Uber fare is 24-30 pounds and in off peak hour no local taxi available. I dropped my car 5 in the morning and there were no lights on the parking area. Picked up my car at 1 am in pitch dark with whole car park in mud. Not recommended

The 'cut-through' brings you to a dual carriageway with no footpath and a 20 minute walk along the side of a busy road to the airport. Returning to my car I was forced to walk along a pitch black b road as there were no taxis available for an hour, extremely dangerous situation to be put in. Not fit to serve as 'airport' parking.
