One minute from the terminal building, closest parking to Stansted airport via the shortcut at the back.
Once you have booked call me the DAY BEFORE you travel on 07785991139, DO NOT CALL BEFORE 7AM and do not send messages via the Justpark app as this is not monitored
PLEASE NOTE: Please park behind the house on the right side as facing - NOT behind the Steel Gates. The house number is 1. There is a 10 metre square area that has space for a handful of cars. We have added new gated fencing to the property for added safety. The property is on the LEFT-HAND SIDE as if coming from the airport roundabout around 200 yards after a farmers barn (which is on your right).
A number of people have parked behind the large steel gates on the left of the property, and been stuck overnight as it is locked overnight. Unfortunately, we have no control over it!
There is a cut through to the airport, which can be accessed via the back of the property. and is a 3min walk. However, if you have a lot of luggage I always suggest the simplest way is to use a taxi. £6-8 using UBER. Alternatively the road, but it has no solid pavement.
There are steps to cross to the airport via the larger car park behind the property, which sometimes can be slippery, especially in wet weather!
I regularly have people park who drive the other passengers to the drop-off and walk over themselves after.

Great little parking area 15 minutes walk away from the airport, the walk could be interesting if the weather a bit rough but achievable.
Plenty of room for parking and had a quick response from Simon about parking . Will be parking there again next time we using Stansted airport.

Used for a short break to Belfast. Owner provides really clear instructions as to where to go, park etc. Upon arrival I found a space easily. Walk to airport is easy (owner provides instructions) and only about 5 mins but you do need to hurdle a couple of barriers and cross a couple of roads on route. It's fine if you only have carry on luggage and are mobile, if not then I suggest an Uber (so does the owner). Overall a good experience for me and half the price official airport parking was going to be.

Is very tricky place because there are many different parking the one next to another.Also the owner of the parking he didn't send us the instructions on time and that make us park in a different parking.
Also he didn't refund us absolutely nothing and obviously we didn't use his parking space.
I definitely recommend the CSL parking is the exactly next door parking.That company help us straight away even we park there without permission,also make us avoid our car to be clamped and they didn't charge us extra.

Good instructions from Simon. I think this is closer to the terminal than most of the official short stay spaces. This space is great if you don't have much luggage. Would consider again.
