Driving to and parking in Stanmore
Being situated at the end of the Jubilee Line yet also just a few minutes from the M1, Stanmore is a popular ‘park and tube’ destination into central London. The journey time from Stanmore Station to Westminster is just 35 mins.
There is a public car park with 50 spaces situated behind Stanmore library, a 5 minute walk away from the station. These spaces cost 80p an hour and have a maximum stay of 18 hours.
NCP also operate a 24 hour car park which sits alongside Stanmore Station. The prices are as follows:
- Monday to Friday - £5.30 per day
- Saturday - £2 per day
- Sunday - £1.50 per day
- Bank Holiday - £2 per day
In regards to on-street parking, a large proportion of the streets in and around Stanmore are controlled parking zones meaning that you will need a residents permit to park there.
