TIP - you can always add leeway when you book of course - if you're paying for a day rate you night as well use it ;)

*** Quick tip: If you want to drop anyone off at the airport beforehand, beware the £5 drop-off fee. Best to drop off in the airport shops car park before you enter the airport at the mini roundabout - the airport shops car park is free and it's only a 5 min walk to the terminal.
To summarise: your large parking space is located in a safe, quiet street, just 10-15 minutes walk away from the terminal building entrance. Simply turn left into the main road, over the railway bridge (gentle incline/decline), and turn right at the roundabout; all very clearly sign-posted. The airport's always in view!
Why do I charge so little? The reason is simple... I would rather fill the quality parking space I have rather than leave it empty.
Watch out for nearer locations on unmade roads with potholes that might damage your car tyres. They might be 3 minutes closer to the airport but, frankly, why take the risk?
I offer a large, well-paved driveway with ample space (a double space - got a 4x4; bring it on!!!).
EXTRA BONUS! If you have two cars, and they're small, I'll even do a two-for-one. How's that for value? Just park the extra car at the same time - I don't need to know the details of the second car.
No need to knock or call... simply park, and go! When you arrive back from your trip, simply drive away. Totally convenient and stress free!
Save money on a hot drink by buying from the 24-hour drive thru McDonalds at the airport roundabout as you pass by :) - just £1.19p a cup!
EXTRA EXTRA Tip: Need sweets and snacks etc. for the plane? Or a European Plug Adapter? Earphones? Don't pay rip-off prices in the terminal. Just visit the 'B&M' superstore at the Airport business park, at the entrance of the airport, by McDonalds. You'll save loads! (Continental Plug adapters are only £2 each, basic earphones not much more!).
Also, you can drop off there for FREE - the airport now charges a scandalous £5.
I am happy to charge the lowest fee, down a very safe, quiet, watchful street with a Blink camera covering your vehicle and remote image storage - why pay more?

The driveway parking space is available weekends and weekdays. Please drive straight into the drive and park as close to the garage door as possible as we do have to get our own vehicles onto the drive.
It is a 10 minute walk to Rochford Station which provides a 3 minute journey to Southend Airport and also a 50 minute journey to London. It is a 4 minute walk to the bus stop on East Street which will take you to the airport. It is a 35 minute walk to the airport. Otherwise a car journey to the airport takes 5 minutes.
The drive is narrow at 220cm wide, although we have had large vehicles on it easily, such as, vans, 4x4s etc.
Feel free to contact me and if I am available I can provide a lift to and from Southend Airport or Rochford Station if required, please ask me.
