*** a huge *DOUBLE SIZED* parking space for your car on a top-quality surface, with 24-hr Blink CCTV coverage. 4x4 or larger? No problem! Nice and easy to park ... every time!
***just pull in and face the house, or face the fence, a space will ALWAYS be available***
*** a very competitive price! ***
*** A Blink camera facing your car during your stay, recording all movements
*** just 8 to 12 mins walk (max) to Southend Airport terminal building (just 3 mins longer than the very nearest space!). Just turn left onto the main road and follow it round to the airport. Impossible to get lost; you can see the airport tower from your parking space!
*** no problem if you're early or late - it happens, so you can relax - I will *NEVER* change you extra :) !
TIP - you can always add leeway when you book of course - if you're paying for a day rate you night as well use it ;)
So book your space an extra hour or two earlier than you need it, and an extra hour or two after you come back. No penalties if you're late; it happens :)

*** my space is located down a very quiet, smart, secure, watchful street with a Blink camera facing your car. The safety and security of your car matters to you - and it matters to me.
*** the easy walk to the airport is on a well-lit, well-paved pavement on a main road that takes you straight there. You'll feel very safe and secure.

*** Quick tip: If you want to drop anyone off at the airport beforehand, beware the £8 (!) drop-off fee. Best to drop off on one of the very close residential roads - it’s what the locals do ;)
N.B. DON’T use the car park serving the retail park just prior to the airport entrance - they’ll fine you £100 if you get out there (very sneaky rule)
To summarise: your large parking space is located in a safe, quiet street, just 8 -12 minutes walk away from the terminal building entrance. Simply turn left into the main road, over the railway bridge (gentle incline/decline), and turn right at the roundabout; all very clearly sign-posted. The airport's always in view!
Why do I charge so little? The reason is simple... I would rather fill the quality parking space I have rather than leave it empty. Simple as that!
Watch out for nearer locations on unmade roads with potholes that might damage your car tyres. They might be 3 minutes closer to the airport but, frankly, why take the risk?
I offer a large, well-paved driveway with ample space (a double space - got a 4x4; bring it on!!!).
EXTRA BONUS! If you have two cars, and they're small, I'll even do a two-for-one. How's that for value? Just park the extra car at the same time - I don't need to know the details of the second car. Just let me know ahead of time you’re bringing 2 cars!
No need to knock or call... simply park, and go! When you arrive back from your trip, simply drive away. Totally convenient and stress free!
Save money on a hot drink by buying from the 24-hour drive thru McDonalds at the airport roundabout as you walk/pass by :) - just £2 a cup!
EXTRA EXTRA Tip: Need sweets and snacks etc. for the plane? Or a European Plug Adapter? Earphones? Don't pay rip-off prices in the terminal. Just visit the 'B&M' superstore at the Airport business park, at the entrance of the airport, by McDonalds. You'll save loads! (Continental Plug adapters are only £2 each, basic earphones not much more!).
Remember, DON’T drop off passengers in the retail car park (just prior to the airport entrance). They’ll charge a £100 fine - use a residential street nearby (plenty of ‘em).
I am happy to charge the lowest fee, down a very safe, quiet, watchful street with a Blink camera covering your vehicle and remote image storage - why pay more?
