Booked space for Barbican, had no idea there was one in York and London, website did not display anything other than dates and times of booking, not an address, upon booking got confirmation for a space in London, immediately tried to cancel this, which I could but with no refund?
After double checking, the Q Park sites website for both venues is exactly the same, I bet they have made a fortune by this, things not clear upon booking and refunds not available, even though the purchase was made online so please check you are booking for the correct venue before confirming as refunds are not possible even seconds after the booking is made!

Finding the carpark was easy with sat nav but walking back was difficult. I decided to walk through the Barbican and got completely lost. I found an entrance to a carpark but didn't know if it was the right one. My fault I suppose, I should have paid more attention to the car's location when I left it. However, staff were very helpful and eventually I found it.

I used this service during a hospital stay and was all good . On the last day just before my time ran out it was touch and go if I was discharged so paid for another 20hrs 5 mins later they discharged me , so booked and cancelled within 10 min but no refund . Not happy
