Having read reviews I waited until I arrived to book my parkng. I checked for any notices before booking until sunday morning as I was working nearby. On Friday morning I collected a coat from my vehicle. I left the carpark and headed for work- and was accosted a couple of hundred meters away by an un-uniformed angry man who told me that I had to move my vehicle by 4pm or it would be impounded by the police. I told him I had paid and he became angry, shouting that it was not his problem and he would call the police if I didnt move my vehicle. I went to work as I was already late, and returned at 3pm to move the van. The car park was locked, with my van inside. There were no signs or notices. nobody was in attendance, and I spent 5 minutes hammering on the gates - I did attract the attention of passers-by, one of whom suggested I call the met police on 101. In desperation (bear in mind that I had left work in the middle of the afternoon to move my vehicle) I called the met, and was on hold for 11 minutes without success. In frustration I banged on the gates again, and this time the same angry security guard arrived and unlocked the gate, cursing me out for making a noise. When I told him I had been waiting he started shouting that I was a liar - his anger and body language led me to believe that violence was imminent so I just left.

Turned up and car park had been booked out by a private company / film crew.
