Avoid expensive parking meters and city center car park fees (£35 plus per day) by parking safely near the City, not far from the A14 , A 428 or M11 and walking 15 minutes in town. This parking space is located on Canterbury Street which runs parallel to Huntingdon Road at the point in the street close to Halifax Road (see map in photos as Canterbury Street winds around a little). It is very close to Murray Edwards, Fitzwilliam, St Edmund’s and Lucy Cavendish Colleges and just 10 minutes walk from the historical Cambridge city center, punting, beautiful sights and shopping. The neighbourhood is well lit and safe. Available 24/7. The space will accommodate any car or a transit van, even fairly large ones (L3 is probably the maximum, an L4 would be too long for the space). The parking space is off road on Canterbury Street, it is the centre space between 3 newer build homes. This is a wide space but please do park within the boundaries of it so as not to impinge on the neighbouring spaces. Please also take extra care with pedestrians when driving in and out of the space as you will need to cross the pavement when doing so. The space is not far from the A14, A428 and M11 for those travelling from outside of Cambridge.
