Lovely, affordable parking space for one car at the front of a private house within a row of Victorian terrace houses. only 8-10 minutes walking to city center.
Avoid traffic jams and expensive city car park fees (£28 plus) for a day by parking safely near the City, not far from the A14 , A 428 or M11 and walking 10 minutes in town, or taking a bus which run every 10 minutes. (Bus stop 20 yards away)
The location is perfect for walking to City center,Collages,Castle street /Jesus Green, River Cam punting ,etc.
It is in well lit in a high-quality area and has people coming and going during the day or night which is reassuring security-wise.
Directions:
Coming down Victoria road , look for the Carpenter arm pub on left , you see the church just in front , the parking space is just before the traffic light on your right.
The parking space is very wide 5.5 metre (16ft) so if you have a large, long car, park diagonally towards the front door so even a long car will fit. (look a the pictures of the Jaguar XF!) Just leave enough room from side wall to car (a foot) to get in or out of house front door.)

The space that we were booked on was not big enough for our car. The people that live at the house are not the people that rent the space out. But there was a lady leaving the house that gave us the persons whose space it is ( the landlord) phone number. So we spoke to him and he also had space in a church car park so he directed us to park there. The space was tiny and once a car parked next door to us!!!!!

Great space and communication with the owner - short walk to the town centre and very easy to find! No drop curb if you're worried about that sort of thing, but absolutely perfect for me!
