You’ll be just a: 9 min walk to the North Laine
13 min walk to the station
15 min walk to the Pier
Will fit estate and 4x4s although longer cars may slightly overhang pavement.
For those who don’t know Brighton, it can be a little hilly! This parking space is 39foot elevation up Southover Street from the main road (3 storeys equivalent). A more gentle slope is from the Albion Hill onto Newhaven St (the south end of my road).

Good space! plenty of room and in a nice area! I have a 3 door ford fiesta for context. Only thing to bear in mind is that whilst the road itself is flat in order to get there you havent to go up the steepest hill ever - beware if your clutch control is shoddy...
