Space description
Popular and well used, self-service parking space available for short or long term rent. The car park is well used by residents.
The entrance is located almost opposite and just before The Roundhill pub (heading north on Ditchling Road).
It's just a 15 minute stroll to Brighton town centre, a 5-10 minute walk to the London Road train station and there is a regular bus service on Ditchling Road with a bus stop opposite the building, heading south in the direction of the town centre and the seafront, and another bus stop just a few feet past the building heading north. Routes 26, 46, 50 and 79.
We have parked a Chrysler Grand Voyager in these spaces and have a Hyundai Tucson SUV and our neighbour parks a camper van so able to accommodate vehicles up to this size.

How our drivers felt about this space
A convenient and secure parking space easily accessible to Brighton's town center and the beach. Adequate size for larger vehicles, though some may find it a bit tight. Overall, a reliable choice with good owner communication.

The app doesn’t update car registration information. personalised plate still says a vehicle I had 4 years ago not current one & no means of manually inputting correct vehicle
Latest parking in Brighton was good. Private spot easy to find space was tight but quiet so vehicle was save all day.
Instructions easy to follow.
Didn’t synchronise with app when booking on computer which was frustrating as well

Convenient. Secure. Easy to come and go.

The parking space was fine, but the bollard was virtually impossible to replace when we were leaving. The metal pin that slots through the bottom of the bollard to lock it in place was bent so badly that we had to mess about trying to get it to fit. We really struggled to get out back in place and for the paddock to go back on. There was half a brick there presumably so people can give the metal pin a tap to get it in place, not ideal!!!!

Really easy to use and find the parking space.

Parking was good. Easy to find with sat nav. All good. You definitely need to book a parking space when visiting Brighton. Would recommend Thankyou

Good parking space, 27minutes to chalk club to see a gig and the town centre.
Space itself was big enough for a long wheel-based transit. Very handy would use again.

Great instructions from owner. Good size space.

Good instructions to find the place and was a secure car park close to London road station so perfect for visiting people at the Moulsecoomb campus of the university of Brighton. 4 stars because the campervan next to the space meant even as a size 8, 5'2 I really struggled as the driver to get in and out of car
Jody K22nd July 2022
Great parking space. Easy to find. Good size. Convenient walk to central Brighton & beach.
Safe. Will be using again if available.
Good value for money.
Many thanks : )

Instructions were easy to follow, space was a little awkward to manoeuvre out of due to 2 x camper vans in spaces either side but our SUV fitted in the space.
5-10 minute downhill walk to the train station
