Car park was ok just roadworks creates issues.

We could not use the paid parking we had booked due to road closures in Birmingham A number of attempts were made to access the location but to no avail We parked at Snowhill with RingGo an additional £15 Very unhappy customer

This was an awful experience. It was my birthday dinner and the sat and I have directions led me to a dead end called needless alley. I had to reverse my car out. It seems the road to reach this car park which is temple Street is permanently closed. extremely unhappy and will be asking for a full refund given the circumstances. Ended up parking in snow hill station which I would recommend rather than this ridiculous car park.

Never used this car park before. But found it easily enough even in a busy Birmingham evening. It was ideal for parking a minibus. Inside well light. Will use again

Easy to use, convenient, decent facility

Really wasn't sure I was in the right place. My car was the only one in there when I arrived. Was easy to find it and parked easy. So close to town perfect. On return to other cars in there, was easy to exit. Would use again

Really stressfree just turned up parked returned to the vehicle and drove off great service
