There was already local council payment machine so I have paid twice with you for 7 minutes I paid £2 and £1.80 for hour and half.
There was no option for mare than 7 minutes on your app

Yesterday, Sunday 21st April at 9.07 I parked at Heathside Crescent car park, Woking. Using my justpark app I took the reference number from a sign on the wall. It was not near a paying machine so I didn’t see the hourly rates. I paid £2 via apple pay which I assumed was the Sunday daily rate. I was in a rush to catch a train so didn’t check details.
When I returned to the car in the evening the barrier wouldn’t rise & I was unable to leave the car park. My phone battery had died so was unable to check details on my phone. The only way to leave was to buy a new ticket & then I had to ring for the barrier to be raised.
Not the way to end the day & I will not be using this carpark again.

Car park is so small I damaged bumper on railings going up another floor causing £1000's of damage to vehicle . Looks like other vehicles have hit it too

Why can you not search location and pay? Why do you need to enter the location code? It requires me to go and find it when it's all available on line ?
