Dirty and dingy stairwells didn't even make me feel safe during the day.. was slippy and wet .. paying for parking was a night mare having to faff about with an app because only when I got back to my car did a sign say the parking machine was on the ground floor!

The app didn't take American Express and kept telling me that my password wasn't working for that site. Finally guessed that Amex was the problem and used Visa to pay and it worked (after spending 10 mins fiddling with it and changing my password). Otherwise fine.
